Register and Pay

Read the information below very carefully, then fill out the form and submit. You’ll then be directed to PayPal to make your payment. You may use a PayPal account or credit/debit card to pay. The registration system is designed for one person (Adult, Elder, Teen, or Child) per transaction.

Note: Your information is safe! All information submitted on this page is protected with standard 256-bit web encryption technology.

Registration Confirmation

After registering you will receive a confirmation email from our system.The system email from us will contain your registration details and further instructions of steps you need to take (sign liability waiver, etc.). The email will also contain directions to the event site.

If you made a payment, you should also receive a receipt from our payment gateway, PayPal. If you applied for Work Trade or a Scholarship, you are guaranteed a space at the gathering this year.  We will contact you as soon as possible with your award information and an invoice/payment link to make your payment.

Payment

After registering, you’ll be directed to our payment gateway, Paypal. You can submit your payment using a Paypal account or a credit card (without a Paypal account). If you have any issues or questions, please contact us.

Agreements

At the end of the form, you’ll be asked to agree to the Liability Waiver Form. You must also download the waiver (see below or the link in your registration email). It’s important that you read and sign the waiver, and please have it with you when you arrive at the event.

Please note, in order to participate in the CascadiaFire event, you are agreeing to become a member of Dragons’ Gate Gardens, who owns the event site. Dragons’ Gate Gardens requires each adult participant (18 or older) to become a member with an associated $20 annual fee. Teens (13-17) are $5 annually. No fee for those 12 and younger. This membership fee is separate from the registration and payment for CascadiaFire and will be collected at the time of entry. Cash payment during welcoming at onsite registration check-in.

Participation

Registration for CascadiaFire requires prior experience within a fire circle event (such as Illumination, MayFire, ForestDance). If you do not have prior experience, you will need a sponsor.

As a Sponsor, you are responsible for introducing your invitee to Fire Circle culture etiquette as well as supporting them through any challenging moments.

As an invitee, you are responsible for connecting with your Sponsor about Fire Circle culture etiquette. Please note your Sponsor's information below.

Newcomer

If you do not have a Sponsor, please post a request on the CascadiaFire event group on Facebook and submit your response to the question below in the meantime. You do not need to wait for a response from a potential sponsor to submit this form, but please send an email using the Contact form on this website once you have secured a Sponsor.

Medical and Health Needs

List any life-threatening allergies or reactions (food, plants, bee stings, etc) for the purpose of determining epi-pens / medical support to have on hand.
 

Camping

We have a limited number of campers / apartment spaces available at a higher cost provided based on need. Please send an email to request special accommodation.

Parking, Bicycles and Shuttle

You must still select Camping and Transportation options. You will not be asked to make a payment today, but it will be included in your award package and the invoice we send to you.

PAYMENT

Work Trade

Thank you for your interest in CascadiaFire Gathering! We are very much looking forward to co-creating this event with you. By answering these questions, you are applying for work trade and providing an inspiring declaration of your heart’s knowing. We are completing work trade registration awards by July 1, 2017, and we need to make sure your application is completed as soon as possible in order for us to find the best fit for your gifts.

Work trade contributions are generally in lieu of full payment of the participation fee of $200. There is a minimum contribution of $77. These positions are reserved for people who feel strongly called to be at the gathering but are not financially able to pay the entrance fee. Work trade hours are valued at $15 per hour, so most work trade opportunities are up to 10 hour trades.

In addition to your combined work and financial contribution, Dragons' Gate Gardens charges each person on site $20 which is a separate fee from our event and payable directly to them at your time of arrival to the event. Dragon’s Gate may be open to discounted fees for financial hardship, but you must arrange that directly with them.

Scholarship

We are completing work trade and scholarship registration awards by July 1, 2017, and we need to make sure your application is completed as soon as possible in order for us to find the best fit for your gifts.

Scholarship funds vary and are based on contributions and goodwill by other participants during registration, and the number of scholarship applicants and the specificity of their financial need. Awards are applied toward the Adult Registration fee of $200. There is a minimum contribution of $77 by all participants, regardless of financial need or work trade.

Agreements
